1. Who We Are

Atomic Engine is a product of Atomic Engine Ltd, part of the Straun Group of companies, registered in Scotland, UK. We operate the Atomic Engine AI agent platform at atomicengine.ai. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Atomic Engine Ltd.

2. What Data We Collect

• Contact information — name, email address, company name, phone number when you enquire or sign up
• Account data — login credentials, workspace settings, billing information
• Usage data — how you interact with the platform, agent activity logs, task history
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, cookies
• Communications — emails, support tickets, demo call recordings (with consent)

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, operate and improve the Atomic Engine platform
• Provision and manage your dedicated server infrastructure
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service communications, invoices and support responses
• Comply with legal obligations
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse

4. Legal Basis for Processing

• Contract performance — to deliver the services you have subscribed to
• Legitimate interests — to operate and improve our business, prevent fraud, and ensure security

5. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Every Atomic Engine client operates on a dedicated server hosted within EU datacentres (Hetzner, Germany and Finland). Your data is processed and stored within the EU and does not leave EU jurisdiction. We do not use shared infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic — AI model provider (Claude). Data processed under Anthropic's API terms.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Card data never touches our servers.
• Hetzner — Server infrastructure (EU-based).
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and tunnel security.
• Centripe (GHL) — CRM and client portal management.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for 7 years after account closure for legal and financial record-keeping. Agent conversation logs are retained for 12 months by default. You may request earlier deletion subject to legal obligations.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@atomicengine.ai to exercise any of these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
